2011 Gone But Never Forgotten

Last year was a year of great changes for me. I say great in both definitions: 1. meaning grand and wonderful 2. meaning huge in size. I met a wonderful man at the beginning of the year and I am not sure what magic he had about him but he has somehow stuck around the entire year. I also bought a house, my dream house or pretty close to it. I am so in love with it that I refuse to embark on any of the design ideas I would love to try for fear of messing up my gorgeous little home. Within days of closing on my home I lost my job, yes I was scared but not devastated. I found another job within weeks that I am giving 110% so I can stick it to the last guys who let me go and have to be missing me by now. I guess my point to this blog is there are some years where nothing happens and some years when everything happens. You have to just prepare yourself for what could happen next without making yourself paranoid about it. What are my plans for next year.... not to make any, but be ready for anything!

Yes you are witnessing my very first blog on Blogger. I have very little experience beyond Facebook and Myspace, so please any comments on my format or grammar are not needed...I know I suck. I am just trying something new and hoping to reach out to all those naturally interested in men, shopping, home decor and cooking.
